Great work/life balance as pharmacy is only open Monday to Friday. Pharmacy is located in the high growth area of Seaford Heights. Ability to work independently, but with assistance from management when needed. Opportunity for a partnership in the future for the right applicant. This exciting opportunity is now available for a dedicated & highly motivated Pharmacist to join our brand. Our Pharmacies are focused on delivering exceptional levels of customer service and having a vested interest in our community’s healthcare needs. The position is FULL-TIME, Monday to Friday, working 9am until 6pm. There is the opportunity, depending on growth, to expand our services into Saturdays, possibly with a colleague. The challenge awaits the right person. The Pharmacist is responsible for the development and growth of the business, taking enough control to ensure efficient operations, develop expert staff and ensure that first class customer service is delivered in both the dispensary and front of shop. To qualify for the position the successful candidate must be registered with The Pharmacy Board of Australia, and will need to perform to the standards as set by our Head Office as well as those of The Pharmacy Board of Australia, The Pharmacy Guild of Australia and will need to be fully conversant with the requirements of QCPP. They will need to be fully qualified for all PPA services, particularly vaccinations and MedsChecks. Our Pharmacies run the Corum LOTS system which is integrated with our Head Office RPM program. These systems will require the Pharmacist to have and maintain an excellent understanding of inventory and purchasing. Remuneration will be based on the applicant's experience and knowledge.
